OUR COMPANY PHILOSOPHY We aim to offer you products that are at least as effective as anything similar regardless of price, and sell to you at an affordable price, backed up with cast iron warranty, long, 30day money back guarantee and customer service second to none. We can't hope to please everyone all the time but we come very very close!
In most cases our products embody unique features that sets them apart from others or are often totally unique and not available elsewhere. e.g Digimafam and Synergy 2.
We don't skip on quality or performance but we keep our prices down by:
Doing all design & manufacture in house. Most of our competitors haven't a clue how the products they are selling actually work.
Cutting out the middleman. Almost all of our competitors are re-selling imported products.
No fancy and wasteful packaging. Why waste trees and oil on packaging that ends up in the bin with 30seconds of being removed?
No flash premises and the directors don't drive round in Supercars, nor fly off to their Spanish villa in their own helicopter! (like some we know)
Minimal advertising - most of our sales are from recommendation
To sum up: you'll have the same quality product, low price and top service that I, as a demanding customer would expect. If its not good enough for me, its not good enough for you!
SAFE TUNING POLICY.
It is NOT our policy to push your engine to its limit in an effort to extract every last horsepower or try to beat other companies' (often dubious) claims. If this is your aim, then we recommend that you combine a remap with a Synergy 1 or a Synergy 2. We have found that the results from this approach are far superior to those that can be achieve using ANY single tuning method or product. This is because the remap or injector connecting tuning box extends the injector opening time and our Synergy increases the fuel pressure, resulting in more fuel being injected than either method can achieve on its own. The Synergy 2b also increases the boost pressure* because a lot more fuel needs a lot more air.
(*with some engines you must manually adjust the wastegate to increase the pressure but the Synergy 2 prevents the ecu from 'objecting' to the higher pressure and triggering limp mode.
FITTING SERVICE.
Tuning-diesels does NOT provide a fitting service. You will have to ask a local garage or friend to fit if you aren't confident. However, over the last 6years, few owners have not been able to fit it themselves.

From January 2010, our sister company Energy Tuning Ltd, under the management of sales director, Darren Darling will be responsible for the manufacture, sales and order processing of all products except the Synergy 2 range. This will continue to be manufactured and sold by Tuning-diesels.com
Darren joins Energy Tuning Ltd on a full time basis from a 19year garage trade and remapping background and is therefore more than capable of answering your technical queries. (he has been a director from the start but only on a part time basis)

ENERGY TUNING also does professional engine remapping from its premises in Ashington, Northumberland using only the highest quality remapping tools such as Genius and Powergate, along with tuning files from one of the most able & knowledgeable tuning file suppliers in the UK. Most petrol and diesels can be have their ecu remapped by Energy where a plug-in Synergy or Turbotune module isn't appropriate.
