Our Synergy 4b gives a great result on the non common rail Shogun, Pajero and L200 2.5 and 3.2L engines.
One cable plugs into the map sensor on the bulkhead and two wires are attached to the wiring near the injection pump. instructions are supplied which aid identifying the correct wires.
A recent Pajero owner commented " the improvement is very noticeable."
The optional square pushbutton switch is recommended, especially when towing.
For the later common rail engines, we recommend a Synergy 3, and a dash switch for eco/off/sport is available for this model.
This just plugs into the fuel rail and map sensors - NO wires to cut or join so quick and easy to fit or remove.
DPF PROBLEMS?
Did you know that a clogged DPF can be cleaned for ~£100.
The DPF uses a catalyst and these can be cleaned of soot and ash to restore close to new performance. Chemicals are injected directly into the DFP - none are added to the fuel, oil, or intake.
Visit the DPF-Doctor to find your nearest agent.
They'll do a diagnostic test to check for any possible other faults and then report on the % clogging and ash levels before and after the cleaning.
