SYNERGY 5 3CYL VAG PETROL TUNING MODULE

Our NEW Synergy 5 is designed to enhance your turbo petrol engine, giving stronger performance, reduced turbo lag, better throttle response and cutting down on gear changing, all with no impact on fuel consumption most of the time.

It's very easy to fit, simply having two cables that plug into existing engine sensors and equally easy to adjust, having four settings available at the turn of a knob. Photos show map and turbo boost sensors are easy to access.

Developed and tested over several months and 1000s of miles on the VAG 1L 3cyl 95/115bhp direct injection engine, it impressed our tester, who also commented that it was more than a match for other products costing much more that he had tried. Read his report below :- (his prototype had 9 settings but we've used the top 4 in the final version - ie 6,7,8,9, with 8 being his preferred setting.)

" As discussed the box has performed fantastically, and in some areas is superior to the other box I have. Its certainly noticeable as you go up through the settings that the Torque kicks in a little lower in the rev range and a little more aggressively.

From a slow as 1200 rpm in any gear there is a distinctive increase in the torque which pulls all the way towards the Red Line with no hiccups or dips. Also in the higher settings, Nos 7 – 9 the throttle response is more acute than standard to such a degree in No 9 your are actually lifting off the throttle at the lower speed limits than before.

Also in all the settings from No5 onwards there is no hesitation when travelling up long inclines on Motorways / Dual Carriageways etc, which was always the downfall in the standard car it meant changing down from 5 ^th to 4 ^th to maintain the 70 mph speed limit. With the box the car will actually accelerate in 5 ^th Gear on the same inclines. "

T tells me (11-6-19) that the Synergy 5 has performed flawlessly, with no warning lights or messages since fitting it 1800miles ago.
